Ben Lemieux is President and shareholder of BCL Group. Active in real estate since 1989, he began his career at the family-owned LSR Group, managing large-scale rental and apartment projects in Canada and the U.S. In 2015, he co-founded Surge Homes, developing urban townhomes and condos in Texas, Florida, and Colorado. The company earned multiple honors, including Builder Magazine’s William S. Marvin Award for innovation in residential design. Now focused on real estate investment, Ben is a YPO member and was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. He also serves as President of the Charles-LeMoyne Hospital Foundation and is deeply involved in local philanthropy.
Louis Conrad Migneault is the President of AI Real Estate Development Inc., and AI Real Estate Technologies Inc. He holds a Master’s in Science and Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas at Austin and began his career in 1991 by founding Quebec’s first real estate-focused market research and advertising agency. He has since contributed to over 110 residential communities in Quebec and the U.S., and served as VP of Operations and Marketing at DevMcGill (now part of Cogir), overseeing 9 condo projects in Montreal. Louis later co-founded Surge Homes®, leading projects in Texas and Colorado, and earned several industry awards, including Builder Magazine’s William S. Marvin Award for innovation in residential design.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
3. Message Frequency — Message frequency varies based on your property alerts and agent interactions.

5. How to Opt Out — Text STOP to 514000 at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe, opt in again.

Introduction — AI Real Estate ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), Canada's PIPEDA, and applicable laws (GDPR/CCPA where relevant). This policy describes how we handle information on https://airealestate.ca/ and through our SMS program.
2. Person in Charge of Personal Information (Privacy Officer) — As required under Law 25, our Privacy Officer is Gabriel Harbour, reachable at support@airealestate.ca. You may contact this person to exercise your rights or report a concern.
3. Information We Collect — Name, email, mobile phone number, mailing address, property preferences and search criteria, inquiry and showing history, SMS consent records, and technical data (IP address, device, usage via cookies).
4. How We Use Your Information — To send property-listing and price alerts, deliver showing/appointment reminders, enable agent lead follow-up, send marketing communications where you consented, process inquiries and transactions, and meet legal obligations.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Consent — When you opt in to our SMS program via short code 514000, we collect your mobile number and consent record. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. You can opt out anytime by texting STOP/ARRET to 514000.
6. Sharing of Information — We share information only with service providers who help operate our business (e.g., Salesforce, SMS aggregators/carriers, our real estate agents) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Where personal information may be transferred or stored outside Quebec, we conduct a privacy impact assessment as required by Law 25.
7. Your Rights (Law 25 / PIPEDA) — You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact our Privacy Officer at support@airealestate.ca.
8. Confidentiality Incidents — We maintain a process to handle privacy/confidentiality incidents and will notify affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) when a risk of serious injury arises, as required by Law 25.
9. Data Retention & Changes — We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. We may update this policy; the Effective Date reflects the latest revision.
